Preventive health, measured
Health isn’t a finish line. It’s your Odyssey.
Guided by science. Driven by purpose. A coach who has done it, a doctor who is named to you, and every result in one record that follows you — one membership, built in South Africa.
The doctors
Care led by practitioners, not by a protocol.
Every clinical decision at Odyssey is made by a doctor who is named to you before you sit down. Where a medicine is indicated it is prescribed in consultation and dispensed by a licensed partner pharmacy.

The Odyssey panel
Signals come before symptoms.
The conditions that shorten life leave a trail in your blood years before they announce themselves. We test for 42 biomarkers across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal and nutrient groups, so that trail is visible while it is still early.
Bloods are drawn at a SANAS-accredited partner laboratory near you, or at home where the panel allows it. A practitioner registered with the HPCSA reads the results in context and talks you through what matters and what does not.
You see the same picture your practitioner sees. Nothing is withheld and nothing is read to you from a template.

Panel composition is confirmed with our accredited laboratory partner before testing, and read by a registered practitioner — not a diagnosis on its own.
Where you start
Four ways people arrive.
You are grouped by what you present with, and that determines which panel you are given and which practitioner reads it.

Weight that will not move, energy crashes, family history of diabetes
Metabolic health
Insulin resistance is measurable years before it becomes a diagnosis. We establish where you sit on that curve and what moves it.
What we measure and why →
Family history, raised cholesterol, blood pressure concerns
Cardiovascular risk
Standard cholesterol panels miss a meaningful share of risk. Particle count and lipoprotein(a) give a clearer picture of arterial risk.
What we measure and why →
Fatigue, poor sleep, low mood, changes in body composition
Hormonal and thyroid
Thyroid and sex hormones sit behind a large share of symptoms that get dismissed. They are straightforward to measure and to track.
What we measure and why →
No symptoms, wants a baseline and a plan
Longevity and prevention
The asymptomatic member is the one preventive medicine serves best. A baseline now is the reference every later result is read against.
What we measure and why →How it works
Measure, interpret, act.
The whole of Odyssey is one loop: an assessment routes you in, the panel puts numbers on the table, your coach and — where a result calls for one — your doctor act on them, and a retest date proves the protocol worked. Then the loop runs again.
01
Measure
Bloods drawn at a partner laboratory near you, or collected at home where the panel allows it.
02
Interpret
A registered practitioner reads your results in context and talks you through what matters and what does not.
03
Act
A protocol you can follow, with the coaching and clinical support to hold it, and a retest date to prove it worked.
The coaching bench
The people who hold you to it.
A protocol only works if someone stays with you through it. Our coaches have spent decades taking people from a standing start to a stage.

The store
A short list, on purpose.
Protein, performance, recovery and daily support — with the dose and the pack size on the label. Nothing sold here needs a prescription.
Browse the range →Where care needs a doctor, there is a doctor.
Some results need a prescriber, not a protocol. Clinical care at Odyssey is held to its own standard, with its own practitioners and its own handling of your health information, and it sits alongside your coaching rather than apart from it.
Referrals happen inside the same member record, so nothing gets repeated and nothing gets lost. Medicines are dispensed only through licensed pharmacy partners and only on a valid prescription.
About clinical careThe digital clinic
No waiting room. Eight points of contact instead.
Odyssey doesn’t run a chain of physical clinics. Care happens across these eight touchpoints, wherever you are.
In-app intake
Start on any device. A short assessment routes you to the right panel.
Sample collection
Bloods drawn at a SANAS-accredited partner lab, or at home where the panel allows it.
Biomarker dashboard
Every result plotted against its reference band the moment it's ready.
Clinician consult
A registered practitioner talks you through what matters, on video.
Coaching check-ins
Video and message access to your coach between panels, not just at intake.
Medical referral
An HPCSA-registered prescriber, only where a result actually needs one.
Pharmacy dispatch
Prescription-only medicines, dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners.
Retest & track
A follow-up date built into every protocol, so the plan proves itself.
Questions, answered.
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can start an assessment yourself. If your results indicate that you need a prescriber, your practitioner arranges that referral for you.
Where are the bloods drawn?
At an accredited partner laboratory near you. Some panels can be collected at home; we tell you which applies once your panel is set.
Who reads my results?
A practitioner registered with the HPCSA, who is named to you before your consultation. Results are read in context and are not a diagnosis on their own.
What happens to my health information?
It is special personal information under POPIA. We process it to provide your care, hold it under agreement with our clinical partners, and never use it for marketing.
How often should I retest?
It depends on what we find and what you change. A protocol without a retest date is an opinion, so your practitioner sets one with you.
